Itinerary
DAY 1 - Guwahati to Bhalukpong
Arrive in Guwahati and drive to Bhalukpong, the gateway to Arunachal. Complete permit formalities.
DAY 2 - Bhalukpong to Dirang
Drive through scenic hills to Dirang. Visit the Dirang Dzong and hot springs.
DAY 3 - Dirang to Tawang
Drive over the Sela Pass, visit Jaswant Garh, and arrive in Tawang by evening.
DAY 4 - Tawang Local Sightseeing
Visit Tawang Monastery, the Giant Buddha Statue, and the Tawang War Memorial.
DAY 5 - Tawang to Bomdila
Drive back to Bomdila. Visit the Bomdila Monastery.
DAY 6 - Bomdila to Guwahati
Long drive back to Guwahati. Check into your hotel.
DAY 7 - Departure
Transfer to Guwahati airport/station for departure.
